Travelers can now enjoy healthy meals, western dishes and Asian classics at the airport’s two new restaurants, Flight Club and Monkey Republic.
As Sihanouk International continues to be the most rapidly growing airport in Cambodia, its dining options are expanding to meet the new demand.
It can at times be a challenge to find healthy dining options available on-the-go. At Flight Club, a restaurant launched this month by Plaza Premium Group, visitors can access some of the freshest meals on offer in the Kingdom, with quick service and take away options to satisfy the health-conscious traveler.
Located in the Departure Terminal, Flight Club offers a comfortable lounge, charging stations, and reading material. Its wide range of cuisine was inspired by herbs and seeds and includes Chef-recommended dishes like chicken dumplings, sweet corn porridge and Caesar salad.
Sihanoukville’s well-known Monkey Republic has also opened a location within the airport, growing from its roots as a popular coastal resort and local restaurant that has long been a rendezvous point for backpackers visiting from around the world.
To best serve the airport’s travelers, the new Monkey Republic location offers a menu complete with some of Cambodia’s most treasured national dishes alongside several Western options. For a taste of the Kingdom, diners can enjoy a meal of Khmer lok lak or braised beef, each prepared with gusto by accomplished chef Charlie Bernardi.
