Training & Recruitment Assistant
Closing Date: 20 September 2024Your mission is:
- To coordinate the implementation of all training programs according to the training procedures and training plan;
- To support in following-up all the mandatory training and to work closely with concerned department/stakeholders and internal trainers;
- To support in coordinating the recruitment process and implementing the recruitment plan;
- To support in administrative activities including travel & ticket arrangements, stationary control, yearly uniform, company vehicle follow-up and event coordination when needed.
our assignments will mainly focus on:
- To ensure that all the mandatory trainings are implemented in a timely manner and in compliance with relevant airport regulations and requirements;
- To ensure that the training records are well documented and maintained in the HR system;
- To ensure that the right candidates are hired as per the approved recruitment plan;
- To coordinate and support during the external and internal audits related to training;
- To ensure that all administrative tasks are well-managed and organized.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or relevant fields;
- English and Khmer written and spoken proficiency;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Experience in the Training & Recruitment field or the Human Resources department is a plus;
- Good interpersonal skills;
