Rescue Fire Fighter Trainee (2 positions)
Closing Date: 30 May 2026Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Participate for basic airport fire fighter course training conducted by the SSCA;
- Respect the discipline and training rules as required by the trainer;
- Work hard in training to be master of aviation rescue and fire-fighting field both theoretical and practical;
- Participate for all station's standard operating procedures training;
- Maintain cleanliness for all fire-fighting vehicles and equipment and work place;
- Maintain best physical fitness and mentally fit at all time;
- Report superior immediately in case of any incident/accident;
- Perform other tasks from time to time as assigned by superior;
- Be responsible for safety & security in the work place and report to his/her superior of any safety & security hazard detected;
- Continuously monitor the quality of your work to ensure standards are met according to company quality management system;
- Always abide by the company policies and procedures;
- To keep all confidential information which come to know or interact with in very high and strict manner;
- Perform other tasks to be assigned by superior from time to time.
If you are/have:
- Cambodian national legal age;
- At least 168 cm tall (medium or heavy built body);
- High school diploma;
- Experiences in aviation and structural firefighting is an advantage;
- Experiences in first aid is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Khmer and English both written and spoken;
- Have a valid car and/or truck driving license is an advantage;
- Team player, of good character, honest and trustworthy;
- Be able to work under pressure, at night shift or recall for duties.

Training & Recruitment Officer
Closing Date: 3 February 2026Being a pivotal coordinator for training, recruitment and other HR administration tasks, the position requires timely activation and track recording.
Your mission is:
- To coordinate the implementation of all training programs according to the training procedures and yearly training plan working closely with concerned department/stakeholders and internal trainers;
- To assess Staff individuals and organization training need using TNA methods;
- To support in coordinating the recruitment process and implementing the recruitment plan;
- To support in administrative activities including travel & ticket arrangements, stationary control, yearly uniform, company vehicle follow-up and event coordination when needed.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Administration of the training plan with strict respect of the calendar for all the mandatory trainings;
- Documentation and recording of all trainings in the HR system;
- Administration and coordination of the recruitment in accordance with approval chain;
- Coordination and support to external and internal audits related to training;
- HR administration.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or relevant fields;
- English and Khmer written and spoken proficiency;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Experience in the Training & Recruitment field or the Human Resources department is a plus;
- Good interpersonal skills;
