Commercial Analyst - Marketing and Sales Department
Closing Date: 23 January 2023Directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the business development activities. The role comprises Business intelligence, strategy analysis and commercial dimensions.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Collect, analyze and interpret data related to the airports activities;
- Identify opportunities and risks, across airlines and markets and recommend priorities;
- Build accurate forecasts, identify development options to improve insight and lead market research effort;
- Drive optimization of non-aero revenue through analysis and present recommendations to improve category mix and performance management;
- Build models to identify proactive indicators on market and business trends;
- Interface with all levels of the organization to build and present recommendations;
- Develop and continuously improve Pitch Packs and other customer documentation tailored to individual airlines or partners using a range of media;
- Design and deliver presentations to existing airlines focused on Cambodia and identified opportunities to drive traffic measured by professional and timely presentations ready for all airline engagement;
- Support Commercial team in negotiations;
- Build strong relationships externally and internally .

If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business and Finance, master’s degree in business, Business intelligence is a plus;
- Commercial experience or Business experience, ideally in the aviation industry;

Sihanoukville Aviation Development Manager
Closing Date: 18 January 2023Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Route development to increase air connectivity to Sihanoukville International Airport;
- Building business cases to attract new airlines by collating, understanding, and presenting key market data;
- Work closely with partners across the tourism industry;
- Representing Cambodia Airports internally and externally;
- Relationship building with new and existing partners;
- Coordinating internally and implementing new projects for the company and partners.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Aeronautical revenue development;
- Build and deliver marketing plans to promote Sihanoukville;
- Key project and research completion.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Economics or related field;
- Work experience in sales and marketing in either a service, tourism, airport or hospitality industry is a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in building and maintaining customer relationships;

Internal Audit Assistant Manager - Finance Headquarters
Closing Date: 18 January 2023Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Supporting Cambodia Airports in the Risk Management: evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance;
- Planning and conducting internal audits plan on internal departments and company’s sub-contractors and sub-concessionaires;
- Assessing and reviewing the governance processes, internal controls to assess the integrity, adequacy and effectiveness in managing the risks;
- Working closely with the Executive Committee to address and resolve critical issues;
- Providing the technical assistance related to the yearly external audit of Financial Statements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Risk mapping and improvement project;
- Reviews of policy, operations manual and processes.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or other related fields. Master’s degree in finance is a plus;
- Professional certification as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, ACCA or its equivalent is a plus;
- Minimum of 3 years of internal/external audits and risk management experience, in a managerial capacity;
- Good understanding of accounting principles;

HR Officer
Closing Date: 20 December 2022Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Manage all aspects of Personnel administration and Payroll section such as payroll process, leaves, compensations and benefits;
- Organize, maintain, and update all necessary employees’ records into HCM Employee Self Service (ESS);
- Be in charge of the full compliance of National Social Security Funds (NSSF);
- Take parts in various HR related reports and analysis;
- Evolve in the Employer Self Service with MoLVT’s system;
- Administer the corporate benefit programs for the employees;
- Assist in the employees’ internal communication as needed;
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
If you are/have:

HR Information System (HRIS) Supervisor
Closing Date: 20 December 2022Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- HRIS module or solution implementation as Project Manager;
- Being the person in charge and main point of contact for HRIS:
- Responsibilities include: administrative HR system supports and users supports, technical support for HR software;
- Support and maintain data integration in HRIS database.
- Produce comprehensive HR Reporting by extracting data from HR systems;
- Coordinate and develop HR workflow process to ensure accuracy of data and interfaces are user friendly;
- Work closely with IT teams on any HRIS matters.

Junior IT Technician
Closing Date: 5 December 2022Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Installing and configuring hardware and software on servers, workstations, and IT peripheral;
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network, hardware LAN/WAN, software;
- Providing technical support in resolving hardware, software and other related problems;
- Troubleshooting, repairing and routine maintenance on overall IT equipment and accessories;
- Performing daily check on backups and test restoration;
- Maintaining and administering integrity of the systems, server and client deployment and manage security, policy;
