Cambodia Airports recognized at Routes Asia Conference
March has been an eventful month for Cambodia Airports. Alongside the many events and celebrations in which the airports have participated this past month, we are excited to announce that one of Cambodia’s airports was recently recognized at the annual Routes Asia event, a conference for route development in Asia Pacific hosted this year on March 11 in the Philippines. Sihanouk International Airport won the prestigious Routes Asia 2019 Marketing Award, a highly regarded award voted on and granted by professionals in the aviation industry, in the “under four million passengers” category.
The award recognizes the impressive marketing strategy the airport has adopted to promote new routes and grow relationships with its airline partners. As our fastest growing airport, Sihanouk International Airport has developed rapidly over the past few years, and has repeatedly welcomed more than twice as many passengers each month this year in comparison to last. We are grateful to have our airport be recognized for its outstanding achievements in this regard, and look forward to its continued growth.
