Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Creating and maintaining personal files for newly hired employees;
- Updating employee files and personal information as needed;
- Assisting in tracking and processing employee leave applications;
- Supporting the process of airport pass issuance and ensuring timely follow-up;
- Assisting in issuing medical cards for eligible employees and their immediate families;
- Compiling and monitoring daily performance reports for outsourced staff.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field;
- Good knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law and relevant regulations;
- 1-Year experience in Administration work and HR functions;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.….);
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Planning and organizing skill;
- Initiative;
- Proactive;
- Attention to details;
- Adaptability.
