Fusion of global and Cambodian brands continues with arrival of Brown Coffee and Havaianas
Local coffee and pastry shop joins Phnom Penh Dining Avenue, while world’s most popular sandal brand adds outlet in Phnom Penh.
Another leading Cambodian coffee shop brand – Brown Coffee – opened an outlet within Phnom Penh International Airport’s international departure lounge, providing passengers with a new option for fresh baked snacks and a unique range of coffee blends. Brown Coffee is one of the fastest growing food and beverage brands in Cambodia and Cambodia Airports is eager to help it gain an international following. The outlet, which opened on March 23, is situated along Phnom Penh Dining Avenue, which offers passengers a refreshing buffet of local and global outlets.
Global brand Havaianas opened an outlet in the international departures lounge at Phnom Penh during the next month, on April 25. The Brazilian-owned chain is the leading seller of sandals and flip flops globally, selling more than 100 million pairs a year. Shops that opened earlier this year, like the Hard Rock Shop at Siem Reap International Airport, report brisk business due to rising passenger numbers and Cambodia Airports careful selection of branded outlets.
The two new outlets also demonstrate our determination to provide guests with the best that Cambodia and the world has to offer. We continue to expand the selection of brands at all three airports, with Siem Reap and Phnom Penh now offering unique and comprehensive fusion of local and international brands spanning a wide spectrum – from dining and refreshments to ATMs, retail, electronics and shopping.
