Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Supervising Team Leader (TL), Handling Agents (HA) Team, Customer Service Agent and outsourcing team and ensuring a high standard of service is well maintained and accomplished on daily tasks with a timely & effective manner and be responsible to general function of office work, administration and customer services;
- Ensuring that subordinates always fully operated and maintained equipment properly and complied with safety rules and regulations;
- Reporting all irregular cases to immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken;
- In charging of import, export and document counter when is on duty;
- Working on the shift rotation.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s Degrees in related field;
- Minimum two years of experiences in a relevant field, of which one-year experience in airline or air-freight, warehouse, logistic and stock control is preferred;
- Minimum two years of experiences in supervisory level;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages are an advantage;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email, Database etc.….);
- Be flexible and adapt to new changes and challenges;
- Be able to work with less supervision and under pressure;
- Have strong leadership, instructional and interpersonal skills and willing to work on multi-tasks;
- Have good Customer Care attitude;
- Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy and grooming;
- Be confident and a highly motivated person;
- Punctuality, team spirit, and can-do-attitude.
