Ramp Services Assistant Manager
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your mission is:
- To assist Ramp Services Deputy Manager for managing all day-to-day activities of Ramp Services operations;
- To take accountability for safety, resource management, operation standards, policy implementation and client relations.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Adhering all times to the SOPs to ensure safety of staff, customer, equipment and aircraft;
- Acting as coordinator between CAMS and airline representatives and or other related service providers regarding apron activities, ramp staff;
- Managing and ensuring employees comply with company rules and procedures and other authority requirements;
- Providing training and coaching to develop the staff competency within his/her qualification and expertise;
- Conducting investigation and feedback on the incident/accident occurred and other Ramp related;
- Authorizing to take disciplinary action against misconduct of the staff from time to time;
- Ensuring good customer engagement and relevant stakeholders’ cooperation.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.…);
- At least 2-year experience in management, knowledge in aviation industry is a plus;

Junior Cargo Supervisor (3 positions)
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Supervising Team Leader (TL), Handling Agents (HA) Team, Customer Service Agent and outsourcing team and ensuring a high standard of service is well maintained and accomplished on daily tasks with a timely & effective manner and be responsible to general function of office work, administration and customer services;
- Ensuring that subordinates always fully operated and maintained equipment properly and complied with safety rules and regulations;
- Reporting all irregular cases to immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken;
- In charging of import, export and document counter when is on duty;
- Working on the shift rotation.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s Degrees in related field;
- Minimum two years of experiences in a relevant field, of which one-year experience in airline or air-freight, warehouse, logistic and stock control is preferred;
- Minimum two years of experiences in supervisory level;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages are an advantage;

Handling Agent - Cargo (20 positions)
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Taking responsible for general loading and unloading which is fully complied with standard operating procedures;
- Operating and maintaining equipment properly;
- Respecting all safety rules;
- Working on shift rotation.
If you are/have:
- High school certificate or equivalent certificate;
- Ability to read and write Khmer and English is preferred;
- Have a valid driving license is a plus (at least driving license category B);

Hostess Agent (4 positions)

- Performing all passenger services activities such as welcoming, announcing, and providing information;

Flight Coordinating Agent (5 positions)
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Coordinating all activities with Ramp Side’s personnel at aircraft, operating Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB), filing flight plan, editing any operational messages, and providing all necessary information or available documentation of the flights to airlines and/or cockpit crews;
- Performing the tasks of load sheet after being trained and been qualified by airlines and/or aircraft types;
- Checking ramp area including Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and anything that may obstruct the parking of aircraft;
- Working on shift rotation.
If you are/have:
- Be legal working age;
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or fresh graduated majoring related to Mathematic, or IT is a plus;
- Experiences in Airport Services Activity is a plus;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages is an advantage;

Facilities Management Unit (FMU) (5 positions)
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Planning and allocating all flights with the airport’s resources (check-in counters, parking stands, boarding gates, and arrival carousel) to fully comply with the company’s regulations;
- Controlling the real-time flight movement to ensure smooth planning of allocation and accurate input flight data;
- Monitoring to ensure that the on-time flight performance is always reached at the target;
- Collecting, compiling, and distributing all flight data to all concerned stakeholders on time as per procedure;
- Keeping clear and good communication with all stakeholders such as airlines, pilots, air traffic control tower, and so on;
- Working on the rotation shift.

Customer Service Agent - Cargo (2 positions)
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Taking responsible for general handling of all inbound and outbound shipping documents after receiving from cargo staffs, customers, airlines etc.;
- Ensuring that all documents are kept, retrieved easily and forward correctly to the right customers, airlines on time by following cargo airlines handling manual and working instruction at each workplace;
- Handling Lost & Found Cargo;
- Working on shift rotation.

- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs of external plumbing, water treatment plant (WWTP), Apron, Carpark lighting, and airfield lighting system;
- Performing periodic maintenance and minor repair of external Plumbing equipment and Water Treatment Plant according to the maintenance schedule;

Maintenance Junior Technician-Building (07 Positions)
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairing the low voltage and electronics equipment in Phnom Penh International Airport’s building such as ATS system, BHS system, CCTV System, Access control, etc;
- Performing periodic maintenance of low voltage equipment of buildings according to the maintenance schedule;
- Respecting all safety rules;
- Monitoring and follows up routine and non-routine maintenance carried out by subcontractor on low voltage equipment according to their maintenance schedule;

Terminal Supervisor - parking and access
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Supervising the daily operations of all parking facilities and areas to ensure efficient and smooth traffic flow and compliance with the operational standards;
- Ensuring all parking equipment (ticket machines, barriers…) and system are operational and reporting breakdowns for timely repair;
- Ensuring that all KPIs related to customer satisfaction and efficiency of the carpark facilities and system are achieved;
- Supervising the subordinates and subcontractors to ensure the smooth, safe, and secure operations of the parking areas and traffic flow;
- Ensuring the compliance with safety, security, health, and environmental regulations and parking operating procedures;
- Liaising with the supporting services (Security, Maintenance, and IT) as needed;
- Liaising with the Subcontractor to ensure the cleanliness of the terminal landside area including parking areas, public prayer rooms, lavatories, etc;

Terminal Supervisor
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Assisting to supervise information to passengers to ensure the good flow of passengers in respect to quality of services, safety and security standards, and environmental aspects;
- Ensuring good communication to passengers included information counters, digital devices, fixed signage, and any other means;
- Performing and monitoring to ensure the achievement of quality KPI concerning passengers and On-Time performance;
- Supervising all activities related to the cleanliness of airport terminal to ensure that the defined target of cleanliness is always met as stated in the agreed standards;
- Liaising directly with the Airlines, Government Authorities, Control Tower, Fire Station, shops, and airport’s sub-contractors to ensure the smooth operations of Airport Terminal;
