Closing Date:16 October 2026Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Manage the AM’s calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence, and confidential matters, while coordinating priorities and follow-ups to ensure effective time management;
- Act as a key point of coordination between the AM, internal departments, government authorities, Board members, clients, and external partners;
- Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism;
- Coordinate internal communication and administrative processes from the AM Office;
- Support meeting logistics, video conferences, documentation, budget follow-up, and other AM-related activities;
- Communicate with stakeholders on behalf of the AM based on the AM’s direction;
- Coordinate communication flow and PR activities related to the GM and the company;
- Liaise with government institutions, officials, media, suppliers, and external partners;
- Manage events from concept to completion:
- Event planning, programs, timelines, venues, and participant coordination;
- Invitations, agendas, concept notes, and communication materials;
- Coordination with media, vendors, suppliers, and event partners;
- Guest management, including welcoming high-level officials;
- Post-event reporting, documentation, invoice processing, and budget follow-up.
If you are/have:
- Graduate with a university degree in management with 3+ years of relevant experience;
- Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English, with good interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications;
- Strong planning, initiative and adaptability, with the ability to manage priorities effectively and demonstrate integrity.

Passenger Services & Terminal Coordinator
Closing Date:22 September 2026Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Lead and manage Passenger Services, VIP, Lost & Found and Terminal Operations;
- Plan manpower, rosters and daily operations to meet service and operational requirements;
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, service quality and compliance with company and airport standards;
- Ensure staff follow procedures, regulations, uniform standards and safety requirements;
- Identify operational issues, manpower/equipment gaps and implement improvement actions;
- Coordinate with airlines and stakeholders to maintain high-quality passenger services;
- Manage training, staff performance, conflicts and disciplinary matters when required;
- Ensure operational documents, procedures, reports, attendance, leave and stock are properly controlled;
- Support internal/external audits and implement corrective/preventive actions.
If you are/have:
- Graduate with a university degree in management with 5+ years of relevant experience;
- Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English, with good interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications;
- Strong planning, initiative and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate integrity.
