Qatar Airways, the national carrier of the State of Qatar, has celebrated more than 20 years of “Going Places Together” with travelers across its more than 160 business and leisure destinations and with its modern fleet of more than 230 aircraft. As the world’s fastest-growing airline, it has added a number of exciting destinations to its network in the past year, including Gothenburg, Sweden and Mombasa, Kenya in 2018, and plans to launch several new destinations this year including Isfahan, Iran in February and Malta in June.

Originally launching operations in the Kingdom in February 2013, Qatar Airways has already proven especially popular among Cambodia’s travelers, who often seek out the airline’s stellar comforts on long journeys to European destinations like Paris, London and Amsterdam.

The airline is offering daily flights to Qatar out of Phnom Penh, which are easier than ever to book: interested travelers can purchase tickets from the airline’s official website, on the user-friendly airline mobile app, or by visiting Qatar Airways’ local office in Phnom Penh.

Cambodian nationals can enjoy a free visa — valid from anywhere between 5 hours to 96 hours — and can stay up to four nights in Doha, with access to a wide range of tours and excursions on offer by Qatar Airways through its local partner, Discover Qatar. Then, after a matter of hours or days spent in the culture-rich city, passengers can continue on to their original destinations.
