Situated on either side of the Pearl River Delta, both Macau and Hong Kong offer a variety of attractions of historic, natural and cultural significance.
More than 75 weekly flights connecting the Kingdom to these metropolises are currently on offer by nine of Cambodia Airports’ partner airlines. Since the start of this year alone, more than 500,000 passengers have traveled from Cambodia to one or both of these alluring cities.
Made famous as the “Las Vegas” of Asia, Macau is best known for its wide offering of glittering casinos where tourists can try their luck at collecting major winnings. Atop the city’s striking Macau Tower, which stands more than 300 meters tall, tourists can enjoy sweeping city views before visiting one of Macau’s many fine dining restaurants or bars for a delicious and luxurious evening.
Hong Kong is similarly a city of striking views and landmarks. Tourists can experience the fun of being a kid again at Hong Kong Disneyland, or enjoy the vibrant nightlife and shopping on Tsim Sha Tsui street. For culture enthusiasts, visitors can also explore the “Big Buddha” statue atop Lantau Peak, or go on a hike to the famed lookout point at Victoria Peak to witness the awe-inspiring beauty of Hong Kong’s skyline.
With the two cities now connected by the longest overwater bridge to have ever been built, travelers can now fly into one city and then travel -either by air, boat or bridge- to the next before catching one of the many flights on offer back to the Kingdom.
