Music goes live at Western-style bistro Metro
The restaurant and bar will begin offering live music at its location in the capital’s airport in late July.

Scrumptious small plates. Perfectly plated Western dishes. Expertly mixed cocktails.
At Metro, customers can experience the best of fusion food and refreshing drinks, indulging in any number of the savory meals on offer at the bistro: the popular Kampot peppercorn steak, delicious mixed grill and best-selling steak and Caesar salad are just a few options available on the restaurant’s extensive menu.
Metro has had a long history in the Kingdom, with its first bistro opening in the heart of Phnom Penh in 2006. Serving the capital’s airport passengers since 2016, the bistro has become renowned for its daily happy hour, during which its cocktails, draft beers and wines are on offer at a reduced price.
Always seeking out ways in which to improve customer experience, Metro will launch a series of live music sessions beginning in late July to help entertain passengers as they wait for their flights. Hosted in the evening twice weekly for three hours at a time, the acoustic musicians chosen to perform are as diverse as the bistro’s menu options.
Next time you catch a flight, pass by Metro for a chance to enjoy the live music over a cocktail or a flavorful meal; the Metro restaurant and bar are open from 6:00 am to the last flight every day in the international departures terminal of Phnom Penh International Airport.
