Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Implementing yearly training plan & budget to ensure effectiveness and timely execution, in line with procedures and policy;
- Assessing staff individuals and organizational training needs, with Department Heads, using TNA methods;
- Working closely with Department Manager and Internal Trainers to design and to improve the internal training programs;
- Identifying, selecting and managing external training providers via accredited institutes, to meet required standards;
- Organizing and coordinating training logistics and scheduling;
- Maintaining proper training records and handling airlines and quality audits related to the training./li>
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field;
- Certificate in Training of Trainer(ToT) is a plus;
- Strong knowledge on Administration work and HR functions;
- Proven experience in training arrangement and coordination;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.….);
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Planning and organizing skill;

- Adaptability.
