The position combines payroll processing with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
management, ensuring data integrity and efficient payroll operations.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Manage all Payroll operations such as payroll process, leaves,
compensations and benefits;
Organize and update all necessary employees’ records into HR System-HCM Employee Self Service (ESS); - Ensure full compliance with National Social Security Funds (NSSF) declarations;
- Operates the MoLVT self-service portal;
- Contribute to social reports preparation and analysis;
- Administer the corporate benefit programs for the employees;
- Support the employees’ coordination and communication as needed;
- Contribute to the improvement of HR policies and procedures.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field;
- At least 2 years of HR- Payroll related work experience expected;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of labor law compliance;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Detail-oriented and quality focus;
- Proven proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills;
- Integrity;
- Autonomy.
