Training and Recruitment Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that
an organization attracts, hires and develops the best talent.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage and establish the annual training plan to improve employees’ development, aligning with the strategic goals;
- Monitor the training progress through regular training records and reports;
- Be source of proposal for Training strategy, implementing innovative ways of learning;
- Acting as internal consultant, deliver timely all recruitment phases to heads of Department, including advisory role on labor market and promoting competencies based profiles;
- Coordinate employee experience roadmap;
- Lead employer branding and career fair campaign;
- Build partnerships with the educational and vocational institutions;
- Contribute to the design and delivery of employee communication, engagement and retention.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Education or other HR related fields;
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels;
- Strong coaching/mentoring skills;
- Change management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Effective planning and project management skills;
- Exposed to individual development program;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Offices and Outlook, E-learning software and/or
knowledge of authoring tool or instructional design is an asset; - Proven proficiency in spoken and written both English and Khmer;
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
