Your mission is:
- Managing all day-to-day activities of airside safety at TECHO International Airport;
- He or she is responsible and accountable for safety policy and safety operations management;
- Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a system to ensure compliance with local and international regulations in terms of Safety.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- To establish, implement, and maintain a system to ensure compliance with local and international regulations in terms of Safety;
- To coordinate with National and International entities for compliance in term of airport safety rules and regulations;
- To liaise with all airlines and other airports stakeholders on matters of airport safety;
- To provide operational safety guidelines for all contracted services providers at the aerodrome;
- To maintain and update the Aerodrome Manual and Emergency Evacuation Plan in coordination with relevant departments and stakeholders;
- Providing training and coaching to develop the staff competency within his/her qualification and expertise.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.…);
- Proven experience in management, knowledge in aviation industry (airport or airlines) is a plus;
- Strong leadership, instructional, interpersonal skills;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
