Assistant to General Manager
Closing Date: 24 October 2025Your mission is:
- To assist the General Manager in all administrative duties;
- To manage the planning of the GM, including the interface with external bodies;
- To facilitate duty trip arrangements, internal/external and official events;
- To facilitate GM integration and interface with Cambodian specificities and rules.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- General assistance of the GM: agenda, duty trips, personal facilitation, business contact management, various files management;
- General administration of Airport Management Department;
- External and internal communication execution;
- Coordination with Management Team members and Headquarters (HQ);
- Office supplies management and admin-OPEX/CAPEX budget preparation.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or international relations or relevant field;
- Minimum 3-year experiences in office administration and/or corporate communication supporting service;
- English and Khmer written and spoken proficiency, other languages proficiency is a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point);

Passenger Services & Terminal Assistant Manager
Closing Date: 17 October 2025Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Managing passenger services including check-in, boarding, arrivals, lost & found, and VIP handling as well as terminal operations (terminal management, car park, and ground resource unit) to ensure smooth and efficient operational services. This includes overseeing staff, equipment, and facilities/property, while maintaining high service standards for passengers, airlines, and relevant stakeholders in line with company policies and regulatory requirements;
- Managing the CCO and supporting the EOC during emergencies or drills.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating, planning, organizing and developing the Passenger Services, Lost & Found, VIP, Terminal activities and its performance (KPIs);
- Managing and developing all the teams under supervision;
- Maintaining regulatory compliance, high standard service quality including responding to customer feedback and ensuring good relations with different stakeholders;
- Ensuring good administration and document control as well as regular reporting.
If you have proven:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field;
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience;
- Knowledge in aviation industry is a plus;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email .…);

Ramp & Flight Operations Assistant Manager
Closing Date: 17 October 2025Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Managing ramp, flight operations, and cargo activities to ensure smooth and efficient operational services. This includes overseeing staff, equipment, and facilities, while maintaining high service standards for passengers, airlines, and relevant stakeholders in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementing company strategic objectives and continual improvement of operational efficiency;
- Evaluating, planning, organizing and developing ramp, flight operations, cargo activities, and its performance (KPIs);
- Managing and developing all the teams under supervision;
- Maintaining regulatory compliance, high standard service quality, including responding to any operational issues and customer feedback and ensuring good relations with different stakeholders;
- Ensuring good administration of the services as well as regular reporting.

IT Site Manager
Closing Date: 06 June 2025Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Oversee and manage all activities related to the administrative and maintenance of airport operational system, network and telephone system;
- Work closely with IT headquarter in developing and implementing corporate and country IT policies and project.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- System administrator of airport operational systems;
- Maintaining the Management Communication System (MCS) and ensuring prompt responses to user requests;
- Ensuring the availability of AODB, FIDS, CUPPS and monitor data backup and recovery activities;
- Maintaining and updating servers and devices with the latest patches and implementing cybersecurity policies;
- Supporting and coordinating assigned projects;
- Managing user access rights and IT equipment;
- IT Site team management.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field;
- Experience in Information Technology or a related field;
- Good understanding of networking concepts, telephone systems, and computer equipment;
- Good understanding of Management Information System (MIS) and airport systems is an advantage;
- Good interpersonal and management skills;
- Good communication skills, both speaking and writing in Khmer and English;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergency situations and alternative solutions quickly to ensure continuity of services;

Maintenance Manager
Closing Date: 23 May 2025Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Development and Maintenance program for all equipment and installations at the airport;
- Establishment and monitoring of the maintenance budget;
- Preventive and corrective maintenance strategy in compliance with airport maintenance regulations and recommendations;
- Management of sub-contracted activities to maintain quality of work;
- Leading maintenance team to reach performance target;
- Maintain technical skill development to all technicians.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Repair and maintenance of airport installations and equipment 24/24 on a high level of performance.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent diploma;
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge in civil work is a plus;
- Demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, and AutoCAD);
- Technical expertise in relevant fields;
- Experience in project management and business negotiation;
- Experience in aviation industry is an advantage;
