* Note : All cargo must be screened by X-ray machine as SSCA's requirement.
 

Export Process: 

Before coming to Cargo Terminal
1) Contact airline to comfirm booking for your shipment (cargo)
2) Pack your shipment. Each package must be identified by cargo label (MAWB and HAWB)
 
 
 
 
At Cargo Terminal

1) Go to customs office to get permit

2) Bring cargo to the warehouse at Export Acceptance to reweight
3) Bring doucument to Export Counter to issue export acceptance
4) Go to Cargo Cashier to process payment
5) Go to Custom office to chop stamp approval on Export cargo acceptance form and wait for Cargo screening

1) Timeline: Our shipper and cargo sales agent should check the minimum time required to get their shipment ready for export.

01 Special Cargo:

02 Special Cargo:
- Vegetable
- Fruit
- Human Remains		 3 hours before ETD* Pax - Flight
03 General Cargo for bulk load 4 hours before ETD* Pax - Flight
04 General Cargo for palletizing 6 hours before ETD* Pax - Flight
05 General Cargo for freighter 6 hours before ETD* Bulk/Loose Load Only
06 General Cargo for freighter   24 hours before ETD* Palletizing Flight

* Remark : ETD* = Estimated Time of Departure

 

2) Export handling / storage fees

General Cargo:
+ Fee For the first 3 days (calendar day), from date of cargo arrival at our warehouse:
- Minimum charge will be 50kg (2.20 $ incl. vat 10%) for general cargo
- Minimum charge will be 50kg (2.20 $ incl. vat 10%) for general cargo (see Surcharges)
- Additional is 0.04 $ per kg per day if cargo stayed longer than 3days in warehouse

Surcharges:
+ 100% surcharges are applied on the following items: 
- Cold storage
- Live animals
- Dangerous goods
- Value /Vulnerable cargo

Notes:
- Payment in an equivalent amount in Riels is allowed.
- The storage charge shall be paid by the shipper, consignee or clearance agent.
- VAT: 10%

 

3) List of documents required for export cargo
