Junior Passenger Services Supervisor (6 positions)Closing Date: 28 February 2025

Your assignments will mainly focus on:

Supervising all passenger services activities and staffs including check-in, welcoming, announcing, boarding and customer support agent;
Maintaining a good relationship with staffs, airlines and passengers and acts as representative of Cambodia Airports;
Ensuring the high quality of customer service in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. Reporting to superiors in case of any irregularity;
Working on shift rotation.

Post High School Certificate, Bachelor’s degree is preferred;
Minimum three-year experiences related to aviation or airline industry;
Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages is an advantage;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven experiences in team supervision and problem-solving skills;
Good knowledge of computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email and Airlines’ check-in system is preferable);
Building relationship;
Proactive and stress tolerance;
Physically and mentally fit;
Adaptability and willing to learn new skills.
