We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in creating and updating job descriptions, a critical component of our HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure that job descriptions are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with our organizational goals.

• Collect current documentation across the department;
• Assist in reviewing the current job descriptions through interaction with Head of departments and managers across departments;
• Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments to compile updated job descriptions;
• Analyze job title consistency and highlight non-alignment or discrepancies
  Suggest optimization of the directory of job description;
• Support the JD signing and approval processes.

• Pursuing or recently completing a degree in Human Resources;
• Business Administration or a related field;
• Proficiency in Khmer and English (both written and verbal);
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to take initiatives.
