Your mission is to manage AOCC by:
- Monitoring all airport operational related activities on real-time, including terminal, technical/maintenance, ground handling, VIP/GA , cargo, Safety/Security;
- Responding to airport emergencies including crisis and major accident, or disruptions, facilitating communication, decision-making, and recovery actions;
- Assisting Operations Manager in managing all day-to-day activities to ensure smooth airport operations including VIP/GA , Ground Handling, terminal and cargo;
- Taking autonomous responsiveness to all necessary operational measures to deal with minor disruptions;
- Obtaining advice directly from specialist managers on specific and technical issues.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Managing on real-time over airport operations including ground handling;
- Acting as airport operations representative and to be responsible for taking necessary actions and management decisions on all real-time operational occurrences/complaints/incidents/issues to ensure the smooth airport operations and on-time performance;
- Participating in conducting investigation and feedback on the incident/accident occurrence and propose corrective/preventive action;
- Providing training and coaching to develop the staff competency within the qualification and expertise;
- Working on the shift rotation.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.…);
- At least 5-year experience in airport operation with at least 3 years in managerial level;
- Knowledge of national and international rules and regulations pertaining to airport management and operations such as SSCA, ICAO, IATA, ACI etc;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to lead, train and coach the team;
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Initiative & Proactive;
- Result oriented and Adaptability.
