Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Supervising all passenger services activities and staffs including check-in, welcoming, announcing, boarding and customer support agent;
- Maintaining a good relationship with staffs, airlines and passengers and acts as representative of Cambodia Airports;
- Ensuring the high quality of customer service in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. Reporting to superiors in case of any irregularity;
- Working on shift rotation.
If you are/have:
- Post High School Certificate, Bachelor’s degree is preferred;
- Minimum three-year experiences related to aviation or airline industry;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages is an advantage;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven experiences in team supervision and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email and Airlines’ check-in system is preferable);
- Building relationship;
- Proactive and stress tolerance;
- Physically and mentally fit;
- Adaptability and willing to learn new skills.
