We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in creating and updating job descriptions, a critical component of our HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure that job descriptions are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with our organizational goals.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Collect current documentation across the department;
- Assist in reviewing the current job descriptions through interaction with Head of departments and managers across departments;
- Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments to compile updated job descriptions;
- Analyze job title consistency and highlight non-alignment or discrepancies
Suggest optimization of the directory of job description; - Support the JD signing and approval processes.
If you are/have:
- Pursuing or recently completing a degree in Human Resources;
- Business Administration or a related field;
- Proficiency in Khmer and English (both written and verbal);
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to take initiatives.
