Your main responsibilities will focus on:

Performing all passenger services activities such as welcoming, announcing, and providing information;
Ensuring the high quality of customer services for passengers and airlines;
Reporting to the Passenger Services Supervisors for any irregularity;
Working on shift rotation.

Legal working age;
High School Certificate or fresh graduate is advantage;
Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages is a plus;
Good knowledge of Computer Skills (MS Office, Email and Internet …);
Pleasant and charming personality with good interpersonal skill;
One year experience in customer services is an advantage;
Physically and mentally fit and be able to work under pressure;
Ability to adapt to new changes and challenges;
Confident and a highly motivated person;
Punctuality, teamwork spirit and can-do attitude.
