Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Providing high quality service to the Passengers and maintain good image by assisting passengers and visitors with pleasant and courteous manners;
- Providing passengers and visitors information regarding flight information, transportation, and facilities at Phnom Penh International Airport, whether at Information Counter or in the terminal;
- Working on shift rotation.
If you are/have:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or fresh graduated;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Computer Skills (MS Office, Email and Internet …);
- Pleasant and charming personality with good interpersonal skill;
- One year experience in customer services is an advantage;
- Physically and mentally fit and be able to work under pressure;
- Ability to adapt to new changes and challenges;
- Confident and a highly motivated person;
- Punctuality, teamwork spirit and can-do attitude.
