Your mission is:
- To support the Cargo Management in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in cargo operations;
- To implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance;
- To continuously improve quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;
- To attend the internal and external audits, as well as other relevant meetings to ensuring successful completion results and following-up of the corrective actions implementation if any.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Ensuring compliance with ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) standards including the audit preparation, participation and implementation of the corrective actions if any;
- Ensuring the compliance with the company’s quality management systems; services standards and regulations; and implementing sustainable practices within cargo operations;
- Assisting to enforce the safety and security protocols at the Warehouse;
- Supervising and supporting the cargo team;
- Monitoring capital expenditures (Capex) and operational expenditures (Opex);
- Ensuring good customer engagement and relevant stakeholders’ cooperation.
If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cargo management or a similar role;
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, cargo regulations, and industry standards;
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge in cargo software is a plus;
