Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Planning and allocating all flights with the airport’s resources (check-in counters, parking stands, boarding gates, and arrival carousel) to fully comply with the company’s regulations;
- Controlling the real-time flight movement to ensure smooth planning of allocation and accurate input flight data;
- Monitoring to ensure that the on-time flight performance is always reached at the target;
- Collecting, compiling, and distributing all flight data to all concerned stakeholders on time as per procedure;
- Keeping clear and good communication with all stakeholders such as airlines, pilots, air traffic control tower, and so on;
- Working on the rotation shift.
If you are/have:
- Legal working age;
- Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant fields;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Having experiences in Customer services is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Computer Skills (Microsoft 365, Email, Internet...);
- Be physically and mentally fit;
- Ability to work hard under pressure;
- Trustworthy, confident, and highly motivated person;
- Punctuality, teamwork spirit, initiative, and can-do attitude.
