Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Performing all passenger services activities such as welcoming, announcing, and providing information;
- Ensuring the high quality of customer services for passengers and airlines;
- Reporting to the Passenger Services Supervisors for any irregularity;
- Working on shift rotation.
If you are/have:
- Legal working age;
- High School Certificate or fresh graduate is advantage;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Computer Skills (MS Office, Email and Internet …);
- Pleasant and charming personality with good interpersonal skill;
- One year experience in customer services is an advantage;
- Physically and mentally fit and be able to work under pressure;
- Ability to adapt to new changes and challenges;
- Confident and a highly motivated person;
- Punctuality, teamwork spirit and can-do attitude.
