Payroll and HRIS AnalystClosing Date: 06 November 2026

Your main missions will focus on:

Payroll Administration: Manage monthly payroll processing, leave administration, compensation, and employee benefits accurately and on time;
HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, collaborate with IT on system enhancements, and support end users;
Compliance & HR Reporting: Handle NSSF declarations, operates MOLVT self-service portal & HR reporting;
Employee Support & Process Improvement: Administer employee benefit programs, coordinate HR services, and contribute to improving HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
2+ years’ experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or HRIS;
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems;
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with good Khmer and English.
